Great Location: the hotel was situated close to the jetty, making it convenient for us to explore the island. We were able to easily access various attractions and activities. Clean and Comfortable Rooms: the rooms were well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. the bed was cozy, and the bathroom was modern and spacious. Delicious Food: the hotel restaurant served delicious meals. We especially enjoyed the variety of seafood dishes available. the food was fresh and cooked perfectly.
Limited Vegetarian Options: As a vegetarian, I found that the breakfast spread had limited options for me. It would have been great to have more choices for vegetarians.

The breakfast doesn't at the standard a hotel should have. The food served is not enough even though it's call "buffet breakfast" & the food is cold. Looking for an upgrade on this.

We got very veeery dissapointed from the room.. The pictures is totally wrong! The elevator seemed bigger than the rooms it self,it have no space to put your bag and no closet to put your stuff in,the toilet have no space for towels or for your bathroom stuff! Also to mention that the room have no windows!! The location is as it is.... Far from everything and things in this area close early,9-10 pm! I would not reccomand anyone to pay for the breakfast buffet there,as it is extreeemly bad,we ate from the bakery beside the hotel instead, waste of money! Supose to be 3 stars, but it looks like its without stars! The room was not cleaned, they did not change on the beds and the bathroom was full of hair, not to mention under the bed!

the best thing about the hotel is the restaurant next door which is very good,
Poor room service, and the overall quality of the rooms, e.g. towels, sheets. Small rooms, the hotel looks much better in the brochure. The hotel also took payment up front.

The room was very comfortable and clean, perfect for a romantic escape. The bed was cozy and the linens smelled fresh and pleasant. The hotel's location was ideal, situated in the heart of the city. We could easily explore the surrounding area and visit various attractions.- The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
The breakfast options were quite limited, especially for vegetarians. It would be great if they could offer more choices to cater to different dietary preferences.

Centrally located at Langkawi's city center surrounded by many shops and resturants. It was also 5 min driving distance to the beach. We had a junior suite, furniture is new and modern, nice room design which we really liked
You can not make any external phone calls! Yes, you have to use a phone outside your room, strange. Also, room service was poor: no tissues at toilette, towels were old (ruptured). Moreover, they exclusively had Asian breakfast: rice, noodles with cooked vegetables, cooked meat, we were unable to have breakfast. Furthermore, no international tv channels at our room but that was the case at other hotels we stayed at in kl and Langkawi.

It was the worst hotel I had ever stayed in my life. The staff was very rude and was not bothered to clean up the room.
